So I mentioned a few days ago about what I do to try to stay in ski-shape during the course of the year. I also talked about what I do before and after skiing to make sure I am good to go the next day. A picture is attached below.
In sort, I go for a five-minute walk when I wake up and then do the stretches attached below, it is fairly self explanatory. After skiing, I do the same stretches without the walk sine I am already warmed up. I have found that these help a lot with soreness and were recommended to me from my favorite employee at Christy’s in Deer Valley, Bruce!
